Why are your prices so cheap?
Our business is first and foremost a professional Audio Visual installation business. We dont need to heavily markup our webstore prices as we use our extremely competitive pricing to help boost our installation sales.That means we can afford to sell at a lower price, and pass the savings on to you. 
How can I trust you?
We have been installing audio visual equipment in south east Queensland for the last 3 years for many retailers and most recently from our advertisements on many of the home improvement sites on the internet, we have listed many of our installations with photos on our website, its in our best interest to make sure our business grows.

Is there any warranty with these units?
All of our products carry the full manufacturers warranty and are brand new in boxes, we are authorised dealers of all products we have listed on our site.

Is your merchandise new or second hand?
All products we sell on our site are brand new in boxes from Australian suppliers.
Can I speak to a real person?
Of course you can, our staff are a phone call away. You can contact us by phone Mon-Fri 8am-5pm and Sat 9am-12pm. If we are unreachable please send an email and we will return your call at our earliest convenience.

Is delivery insured?
Our distribution partner insures all stock whilst in transit.
How do I add to the shopping cart?
You can add to the shopping cart basket directly from the products thumbnail page or from the detailed page of a product. Next to the main image of every product there is a box titled "add to cart", within this box there will be a button which you can click on to add this item to the basket.

How do I know my item has been added to the shopping cart?
Once you have clicked on the "add to cart" button to place the item in your shopping cart basket, your page will refresh and the item will be added to your cart. You can then locate the shopping cart basket in either side columns of the online store or the link to "Edit Cart" in the top menu navigation bar. Your items will be listed in the basket, you can also edit them further from here.

How do I get to the checkout?
First locate the shopping cart basket in either side columns of the online store or the link to "Checkout" in the top menu navigation bar. When the link to "Checkout" is clicked on, it will take you directly to the secure checkout for completion of the purchase.

How do I edit my items?
First locate the shopping cart basket in either side columns of the online store or the link to "Edit Cart" in the top menu navigation bar.

How do I check the shipping cost on my items?
Proceed to order as normal and you will see the second stage of checkout prompts you for a shipping method, at this stage of checkout the shipping price is listed.
How do I know my order has been received?
Once an order is received to the site owners administration, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address you entered during the sites secure checkout.
 
How do I track my order? Has it been shipped?
You can check the status of your order by clicking into the "Order Tracking" section via the link on the top menu navigation bar. You will also receive progressive updates via email as to the status of your order.
  
An item is missing from my shipment.
Please contact the site owner via the "contact us" page if your order is incomplete or incorrect.
 
When will my order arrive?
All items will generally be shipped out within 2 to 15 business days upon clearance of payment in full (dependant on availability from vendor). If the item is later than expected, please contact the site owner via the "contact us" page.
 
I need to cancel my order
Please contact the site owner via the "contact us" page. I cancellation fee of 1.5% on credit card transactions applies.

 How do I create an account?
Click the register link located at the top of the page. Once you have created the account, you can use this for future purchases where the items you place in your basket will be remembered even if you leave this online store and come back later.
If you are a member with a discount for all purchases, you will need to log in first to ensure the discount is applied to your purchase.
There is a known bug in the account creation process for people using internet explorer 6, we recommend the use of Internet explorer 7, Mozilla Firefox and Apple Safari.
 
 I forgot my password.
At the top of the page there is a link called "Lost Password?" This is where you can have your password emailed directly emailed to you.
 
Do you ship to my country?
AV Clarity Pty Ltd does not ship outside of Australia – Sorry.
What are my payment choices?
Payment options will be listed on the third page of the secure checkout. At the base of the page there will be a drop down list to choose your preferred method.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
First add the items to your cart you wish to find shipping costs for, then locate the shopping basket in top right hand corner of the online store. proceed as if you are going to purchase the item, Shipping is automatically calculated for you at stage 2 of checkout based on your shipping address postcode.
 
Price
All prices are subject to change without notice as we are reliant on pricing information from our suppliers. As internet pricing is extremely competitive prices may need to be adjusted at regular intervals.
 
Privacy Policy
We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others. This site collects information from our users at several different points on our website.
 
Security
This shopping cart has 128bit Secure Socket Layer protection, the highest level protection for internet sales. The checkout securely encrypts all payment information when a small padlock appears in the bottom right hand corner of your internet browser.

 I need a copy of my receipt/invoice
If your invoice receipt has not been received, please contact the site owner via the "contact us" page to have one sent directly to you.
 
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card is charged immediately on purchase, if your card can not be charged, the goods you ordered will not be sent.
 
How do I find my product?
There are three ways to find the item you are looking for. 1) Browse through the stores categories. 2) Use the search tool to find the item through keywords. 3) Browse by brand.
 
What is your policy for returns? 
Always check with the manufacturer of the product purchased to ascertain their returns policy.
Policy specific to Samsung: If Samsung deem the product to be dead on arrival (DOA) within the first 14 days of customer receipt, the product will be replaced, any cost for courier will be at the purchasers expense. After 14 days Samsungs standard warranty applies, that is, contact your nearest service centre.No refunds are supplied for change of mind.Refunds may only be supplied with vendors authorisation. Refunds will only be supplied once the unit is returned and tested. All original packaging must be returned and undamaged including manuals, software, cables and accessories. If the product is not found to be faulty, or if items are missing/damaged then unit will be returned at purchasers expense. No writing on the boxes for shipping, please use labels.Any costs of returning any product is at the purchaser’s expense in both directions. (Sending & Receiving)
